Cloud After Dark Policies and Procedures

We want your experience with Cloud After Dark to be seamless and mutually beneficial. 

We are committed to doing everything possible to provide a superior hands on approach to learning cloud. It's what makes us different. Please read and sign our terms prior to starting classes.

CLASS RULES

Be on time - Class starts promptly at your agreed upon time. We do allow a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes you will need to contact your instructor via slack as soon as possible.

Be respectful - If you are working as a part of a boot camp or small group remember to always be respectful and kind. Everyone is here to learn and we want to create an environment that is safe for people to be themselves in order to get the most out of this awesome experience. 

Missed class - If you need to reschedule or if you can't make it to a class you will need to work with the instructor to either set up a new time or view a previously recorded session covering topics missed.

 

HOLIDAYS

Adhere to all observed holidays. If your scheduled class falls on a holiday, your instructor will work with you to make up the skipped session.

PAYMENTS

Payments must be on-time in order to retain access to your instructor and your class slot. If you are not able to make your payment on time please contact your instructor at least 3 days before the payment due date.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
